Mod lock on GAC

When exactly does mod lock occur on GAC?

I have a set I swap between my GMY and JKR for my arena climb. My preview phase ended at 4:00 pm so I waited until 4:30 pm to start my climb and swap the mods from JKR to GMY because I wanted the set on JKR for GAC. I was going to place him on defense but JKR is unmodded so I can’t place him if I want a chance at winning. Can somebody clarify when mod lock is exactly because I know that I waited until after the preview phase ended to switch the mods.

    How is that my answer? If I waited til after the 24 hr window to switch my mods shouldn’t they be on JKR?

    You waited until AFTER the CHARACTER LOCK to change your mods.

    I have done both at both and still have my mods messed up. Happened on tw this time too. Im tired of wasting time and crystals on this bull, to still have it screwd up. Is there any way to get an exact time to have mods set and then to set back? @CG_SBCrumb
