Mod Store worth it for new player?

I’m on a new account and just unlocked mods, and am wondering if the mod shipments store is worth it? The cost seems so high for someone with only a couple million gold, and wanted some confirmation b...

Once you hit the mod cap, you will be selling them. The ones that sell for 97.5k are mods that you've leveled up for 300k+.
