you need to upgrade a mod 77 times to reach lvl 15 so the actual costs from lvl 1-15 are:
1 dot 77*375 = 28875
2 dot 77*750 = 57750
3 dot 77*1250 = 96250
4 dot 77*1750 = 134750
5 dot 77*2250 = 173250
