Knowing mod bonuses ontop of stock stats has no bearing?
Knowing that a charecter is boosted 30..40 or 70 speed over stock is huge (difference between a solid tw toon and an arena caliber speed) or offense, knowing how much harder your toon is hitting than the stock version.. Figuring base stats out is essential to modding plans because it is then clear which stats can be more effectively and potently augmented. It is great information and should be right where the calculations and work for mods are done in game.
