Mods disappeared after error message

Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes:

I wanted to re-assign some of my best mods to a different character for some challenges. When I had all 6 mods selected on the new character just before I could confirm I got a an error message. After the message my game restarted. When restarted all the mods I wanted to re-assign were gone. Not on the old character, not on the new and not with the un-assigned mods. 

it really sucks because I spend a lot of credits and slice materials on them. They were one of my better mods. This error bug will set me back weeks in my process. 

I hope you guys can fix this. Or be of any help.
