Mods for empire team?

I'm trying to build an empire team and am trying to mod ep, vader, Boba, tfp, and any other will fit. What should I put on them? Thanks.

As much speed as you can possibly get. Potency is secondary, it's nice if you can get it but it's not mandatory due to empire already having decent potency and then EP lead.
