Why lower our chances to get mods? ESPECIALLY IN CHALLENGES!!!! It takes 16 Cantina Energy to get a mod and now you're saying that's not even a guarentee we get them? With a refresh rate so painstakingly low, it's beyond frustrating that you'd do this to us.

Please lower the Cantina Energy refresh already!!!!
