Mods with colors (gray, blue, purple, gold)
May I assume that a 1-star purple mod at Level 1 will have higher stats after upgraded all the way than that same 1-star gray mod at Level 1?

Ah. I forgot green. Yeah I should pay more attention to the designations of the mods, but they all seem to overlap at some point.
