Mods with colors (gray, blue, purple, gold)
May I assume that a 1-star purple mod at Level 1 will have higher stats after upgraded all the way than that same 1-star gray mod at Level 1?

I was wondering this last night as well, so it's mostly speculation, but the mods with purple generally have more or higher secondary stats, where as the gray ones have 1, none, or a really low bones on a secondary stat if they have one.
