Mods with colors (gray, blue, purple, gold)
May I assume that a 1-star purple mod at Level 1 will have higher stats after upgraded all the way than that same 1-star gray mod at Level 1?

What I've noticed is Green, Blue, & Gold mods regardless of stars start with secondary stats whereas gray ones don't start with any secondary stats.
