More and More paywalls?

I didn't log this on a week per week basis, but, I also think they're releasing bits over the course of the era as well. You can't whale 1-85 day 1 as the packs weren't there as I recall, but each time they add a toon, they seem to add later and later packs.

It would NOT surprise me in the slightest to find the coliseum rigged as well so you are blocked from advancing too far too soon and those gates ease up at each new toon.  I think they've gone out of their way to force a pace no one is really happy with with these era toons.

Just look at the Maul reqs. Full unlock is all toons at 85. To do that requires serious cash. Not just 20, 50, or even a 100 bucks.  If they say FTP can get to 65, though, the literal translation of that means you can't get further without spending. Sure, they leave out getting to 75 and 85 (the next to steps for Maul) requires spending obscene amounts, but is anyone shocked?
