Highest secondary is 29: +6 increase of speed 4 times with a 5 point speed at start.

I can get my TFP to 299.

Asajj against ZQGJ or ZMaul all jedi or all sith doesn't get a +75 speed boost though.

Agree it is situational. But she has the potential to be the fastest character in the game behind JE who is also situational.
