Also remember that the majority of legendary releases (CLS doesn't count here) were opposite factions needed...Thrawn, EP, BB8, R2. So could also be separatists that we need.
Could be like the Yoda event... nightsisters in training?- As to whether or not she warrants being a legendary, remember that Thrawn is the outlier among the current ones. Every other one is pretty popular and from a movie, which many many many more millions of people have seen compared to TCW. I mean, just think of all the merchandising they did for BB8 alone. So I don't think she should be a legendary based on that.
That being said, I actually want her to be a legendary since having some 3* marquee sitting in my icharacter inventory waiting to be farmable *cough Ewoks cough* sucks. - but the other legendary events use light against dark and dark against light so separatists against Nightsisters won't happen.

Maybe something like the test for the nightbrothers, then maybe they could add a dathormirian tag so maul and Savage can join in...

You can have a subjective opinion on the lore and how the prequels fit in the sw universe, but there are objective standards by which you can critique films and the technique (or lack thereof) used to make said film. This is where the prequels fail.
