Move the Hotfix timing!
CG, please move the Hotfix timing to 1 hour later. No more hotfixes in the last hour of a TW, already!

- This game should be renamed Hotfix. Or Galaxy of hotfix.
- It was not even a hot fix, it was the planned release for Grand Inquistor. Time zones are tough for CG. Wait, all TWs end at the same time. I don’t CG really plays this game.
