Moving guild & Joining TW

No, you have to join in preview. This is before the guilds are matched which occurs after the preview stage.

like:
time order
1. Preview starts
2. I join the guild
3. Preview ends

Can I press join between 2. and 3.?

I believe so

You have to join the TW before Defense phase starts. So yes, you can join during the preview phase. Just check out the Guild & Recruitment forum. Every guild tries to get members between two TW, which is during the preview phase of the second TW
