Multiple accounts IOS help

So I have 2 accounts and I can play each one (one account on iPad and one on iPhone) but when I try to play the other account via phone or tablet I can not. I always get the message you can not link 2...

One account is logged in by Facebook, maybe that’s my problem?

I disconnected and tried it still same problem
