My Account got radomly banned, any ideas to help?

That is a crazy counter. My Drogan is pretty weak so I can't quite replicate it, but others have been able to, and they've submitted evidence to CG to hopefully get you unbanned.

Thanks i truly hope that helps cause if that’s  what I’m banned for that’s some BS. They made the B-Wing they should know how insane it is.

Also CG wtf in return for banning me for 3 days without any explaination whatsoever and losing those days worth of mats I only get 1k crystals? Well better than nothing I guess. Still just feels like i got scammed though.

Also could I at least get to know why i was banned in the first place (in terms of suspicion)?

Here’s a timeline based on what happened to you…

SWGOH has a “To Catch A Cheater” discord that checks for cheaters, primarily ran by kadar_le_poet who is a non-CG employee.

You have a fleet shard mate named, That_Dude who accused you of cheating on November 5 based on how you were winning against members of your daily fleet shard with Home One.

Rather than test your fleet setup against Executor/Profundity counters or even fully understand the new B-Wing mechanics, this anti-cheat discord “verified” you as a potential cheater on November 6. This untested information was then forwarded to CG.

CG appears to have followed the information provided by this anti-cheat discord and issued you a ban soon thereafter.

Once you created this EA Forum post on December 9, the anti-cheat discord started to test your ship counters and verified you were indeed not cheating, then promptly requested you be unbanned on December 11 following their obvious error.

However, That_Dude (the player who accused you in the first place from your fleet shard) continues to make unnecessary comments as to your situation on the anti-cheat discord. That_Dude on December 11 following your undeserved ban and reinstatement has said, “He suffers anyway for hitting people on their payout”. This quote was followed by laughing emotes/memes. This discord chat then continues to state they are aware of your counter, which may prevent you from climbing fleet shard in the future.

I feel you should be aware of this from the perspective that online bullying or harassment should be taken seriously, and you are very clearly being harassed or bullied without your knowledge on a private discord – to the point that a false accusation from a clearly disgruntled player (That_Dude) had you banned and mocked behind your back.

As a disclaimer, this anti-cheat discord is headed by Sigsig and has done a lot of good in the past for the SWGOH community as it remains a constant check against active cheaters, of which there have been many. It is run by good people and mistakes, although minimal, can be made and are quickly rectified. Though this discord wronged you in this scenario, they have rules against harassment and commenting on anti-cheat discussions that do not contribute to ongoing investigations...

Perhaps this anti-cheat discord needs to investigate That_Dude for having posted gifs/memes and laughing emojis against your ban plight, as well as having potentially exposed your fleet counter which may now jeopardize your daily crystal payout. This is in addition to having lost 3 days of play time.
