"Long Shot" - Scout Trooper attacks dealing physical damage. This attack exposes rebel enemies.
"Perfect Sight" - Scout Trooper deals physical damage to one target and gains foresight for 2 turns. If the selected target is rebel inflict health down for 3 turns.
"Imperial Sharpshooter" - Scout Trooper gains +5% critical damage for each Empire Ally and all of his attacks cannot be evaded.
Changed the name because StormTrooper's basic is called Imperial Marksmanship so I figured it'd be nice to have it a little different. I'd expect the all attacks cannot be evaded to be the omega upgrade as its different from the rest of the unique.
