That's interesting. Pre-HMF my average match time was well under two minutes generally running Thrawn / HT / ITF / Tie Adv and reinforcing with Maul (Tie Adv assist under stealth with offense up using Thrawn's basic usually one shot whatever was left of HT). Matches rarely got to Thrawn's ultimate unless someone reinforced first with Tie Adv. and stuck offense down. I find the AA mirrors much longer and am surprised you hold up on offense against the initial barrage, unless for some reason AA isn't opening up with his AoE or is targeting HT instead of Ghost, or your Ghost has G12 pilots.
