I am hearing from some in my guild and other guilds that they have submitted a 0 score by accident due to the placement on the screen after a fail. Can you look into adding a prompt to confirm you are submitting a 0? CG_Meathead

Just did this, extremely frustrating. A confirmation popup or the removal of the submit button on a 0 score would be great.
