My guild's biggest whale just quit, the exodus is accelerating. RIP SWGoH?

Has there ever been an update this genuinely awful? Relic Delta has steamrolled any nuanced strategy and lags the entire game just to add insult? Uninspired, boring whale game mode that awards a pittance for regular players? This feels intentionally suicidal from the devs. There's tons of grumbling in my guild from 10 year vets who are leaning towards bailing. This might kill my guild and if that happens I'm probably done too.
