My sims are gone

Another sim ticket post. Another slew of people telling the OP they're doing it wrong because they have 40854850240. This is #7 that I've saw.

Clearly the people with 4958040 don't care and it's just annoying the rest of us chumps hovering around 0, something needs to be done. I haven't actually started a post on this forum yet, but maybe for this I will. Just this once :smile:
