With everyone but Fives being on the slower side (including Mace), this would get ripped to shreds by any speed team. It doesn't have an early taunt to defend Maul, Boba, or Spy, so the AI is likely to focus on one or two ships and destroy them; on defense, the human would easily focus fire and destroy 1-2 ships before anyone other than Fives got to activate.
Also, Spy is meh at best right now: one of the slowest ships, one of the most fragile ships, and only mediocre average damage. If you happen to pull off his combo somehow on offense, it would be cool seeing everyone go to town on a single guy, but by the time you go they'll most likely already have a taunt in place so all you're doing is burning down most of his health. But then it takes 3 turns to reset the combo (only 2 turns on stealth, so Spy gets one use, then despite his 2 turn cooldown he has to wait for the 3rd turn for Maul's stealth ability to be off cooldown). I love the concept behind the combo, but for right now it's just not feasible.
