Neutral alignment

currently in the game only Hondo Ohnaka has the Neutral alignment when there are so many more characters that could have the Neutral alignment

for instance all Tuskens and Jawas should be neutral

here are some more characters I think should be neutral (off the top of my head):
-Asajj Ventress (Dark Disciple)
-Boba Fett, Scion of Jango
-Doctor Aphra and her droids
-Fennec Shand
-Krrsantan
-Jolee Bindo
-every Jawas and Tuskens
