This is a slight tweak of my previous Bossk design in line with comments and suggestions from the SWGOH community...

Bossk

Character Description
Determined Bounty Hunter Attacker who dispels enemy buffs, manipulates Turn Meter and inflicts Target Acquired
Affiliations
Dark Side, Scoundrel, Bounty Hunter, Attacker
Relby-v10 Grenade Launcher (BASIC)
Deal Physical Damage to target enemy, dealing 25% more damage against debuffed enemies. On a Critical Hit, grant Bossk Offence Up for 3 Turns; with a 65% chance to Expose the enemy for 2 Turns.
Merr-Sonn V-1 Thermal Detonator (SPECIAL)
Deal Physical damage to all enemies and dispel all Positive Status Effects. Remove 10% Turn Meter from all enemies for each enemy dispelled by this ability.
If more than 2 enemies were Critically Hit, all Bounty Hunter allies gain Critical Chance Up and Protection equal to double Bossk’s Max Physical Damage.
Slaughter (SPECIAL)
Deal Physical Damage to target enemy. This attack has +35% Critical Chance and deals 20% more damage for each debuffed enemy. If the enemy survives this attack, Bossk gains Retribution for 3 Turns, 50% Turn Meter and Max Health equal to 40% of the targets Max Health.
Venerated Trandoshan Hunter (UNIQUE)
Bossk has +4% Critical Chance and +8% Offence for each living enemy. In addition, at the beginning of an encounter one random enemy is inflicted with Target Acquired.
Target Acquired: Enemies inflicted with this debuff lose 25% Turn Meter and have -20% Health and -35% Defence until the inflicting enemy is defeated. This Debuff cannot be Dispelled whilst the inflicting enemy is still alive.
Whenever, Bossk takes a turn, uses a Special Ability, or defeats an enemy; the inflicted enemy loses 10% Turn Meter and also receives an additional 35% damage when damaged by Bossk.
