New Capital Ship?
With Admiral Raddus coming to the game, you'd think that his capital ship would be coming as well.

Yeah, I see that term a lot and find it confusing too.
What I believe it to mean is to fill out the ship spaces for the capital ships we have.
For example Windu and Tarkin's are relatively useless right now. Making 6 -7 useable fleets. When in Kyber GAC you need a minimum of 6.
