New content for non-whales
We all clearly see that new content is being pushed out, but is there any plan to provide content for those non-whales? So far we have galatic legends and new tiers that many won't be able to come clo...

Having all required toons at relic 5-7 is not whale level? I suppose if you started 4 years ago it may not be, but for anyone who started later on it is not accessible anytime soon.
