New "Mandalorian" raid

It has been for a while now when we got new raid. Guess that monster could be pretty cool boss, maybe gives Moff Gideon's shards and better rewards than Sith Raid.

I'm not sure you could have more than a couple phases.

    1. Dragon still in cave or partially lured out
    2. Dragon out of cave
    3. Dragon angry

I can't really think of a 4th phase and the 3 I listed would be really similar at least visually.

Another option would be to do this as an individual raid for end game. Maybe tiers so early game can play too. But you just tune the difficulty different if one person is going to play it vs 50.

At least then you can avoid all the drama about unequal rewards.

    You forgot stomach phase (4).
Still more different visual phases as Racor has.
And maybe extra dmg for Sabin, Dengar etc who can throw bombs...
Solo raid could be good idea indeed, so all can do it and toon in to thier own difficulty level, not watching other guildmates autoplaying full raid whit Galactic Legends!! ?

    1. Tuskens and their dogs. That fight didn't happen in the end, but Luke didn't really fight a Gamorrean captain either.
    2. Dragon partially out, static.
    3. Dragon at the top of the mountain, maybe with the goal being to survive and hit it with some given ability.
    4. Dragon angry, charging around.

Except the tuskins aren't an enemy here. While luke handled the gamorians easily, they were still an enemy.

They almost were at the start, I think that's close enough. Or maybe just have the dogs as enemies.

So from the tuskins perspective (remember they are the good guys too in this episode) the villagers were a bit hostile at first. By your logic, the villagers should be an enemy for the raid too.
