Previews show the last phase requiring more than 1.2 billion TP for each sector with a total of more than 3.7 billion TP for the phase. Out of a full guild, that would mean 75 million territory points would need to be the average contribution. Even with max combat waves, that would imply each member would need to deploy about 50 million GP on average to achieve max stars.
I believe this is even more ridiculous that requiring all characters in a squad to be r9 (or higher).
