New Update Quests

I believe you are asking about the new update posted on the update section. For this I can answer as, yes you will be able to get the Lightspeed Tokens if you complete the quests, but they do not provide relic upgrades as mentioned in CG_Meathead​‘s post. Otherwise if you are asking about relics in general or are asking about Lightspeed tokens outside of the quests, then, yes you can obtain them. Some are purchasable as well, either via the episode pass or the episode pass+ and unlocking them when you collect enough Episode points. I do believe they are occasionally purchasable in the store as well.
