It is his chest plate that is crooked.

It’s sad how little it takes in this game to get excited about. They changed some art on Vader...they didn’t add any new content guys! This is how lacking their developing is. Even if they rework him a little, there is still nothing new to do.

The belt is lined up with the pants so it looks like the chest plate is crooked, to me.
