Night Trooper drop rate
Hi Has anyone else noticed a massive fall off on night trooper shards. I am now on day 3, a refresh every day so 600 tokens, 250 crystals and 0 shards, put some enjoyment back in your game CG.

There is no drop off in the rate. With tens of thousands of people playing this game on a daily basis, some people are going to experience truly exceptional drop rates -- good and bad. While the chance for a shard on any attempt stays steady at 30-33%, with true randomness nothing guarantees that you can't have fruitless attempt after fruitless attempt. I'm not sure how many attempts you've made, but for 20 attempts, the chance of zero successes is 8 in 10,000. There are hundreds of thousands of active players and at least 10s of thousands of daily active players. It's frustrating, but on this occasion you're one of the 8 in every 10k that is getting the short end of the stick.
The good news is that just as there is no memory of past results guaranteeing a limit to your failures, there's also no limit to your successes. At some point you'll go 5/5 or 10/10 on this toon or another, and CG won't demand you pay them extra crystals b/c you got more shards than average.
It can be frustrating, but this is the nature of an RNG-dependent game.
