They want to heed whales, create an event in the game that makes sense to have the ultra strong zombie and leave in peace who wants to stay with the paper zombie.
Difficult? There's something better than a completely unnecessary rework and I'm going to give you the solution for free.
Make a special modifier that cuts down on life, but brutally increase other attributes and any whale can have the paper zombie, just like free players
