I don't have a problem with the rework of zombie. The problem I have is that reworks are intended to make toons and teams more viable so we can decide if we want to invest in them or not. This is not a typical rework. I don't have the option to choose to invest in this "new" team, I already invested with the knowledge of how the team functioned. That functionality is now drastically changed.
The entire faction is now different than it was on release and initial rework from last year. With changes this substantial, I don't think it is unreasonable to offer a zeta refund for all NS toons. We should be the ones that decide if the changes are worth our investments or not.
