Talia proves to be the weakest one, in my opinion. Give her, or one of accolytes, the ability "reversal". This would grant to the nightsisters seizer of positive buffs that were cast by the enemy, and reflect back to the enemy any negative debuffs. Limit it to a turn or two.
Her heal is pretty powerful, considering it heals base off the other characters' health and grants a nice amount of tm, (with zeta ventress lead talia can gain around 100% Tm on a heal).
