I'm not using Morgan and had this issue. I also had it in conquest. Without Morgan. No revive at all in the last 2 days
Several teams prevent revives as well. For example, GAS's lead prevents revives. We'd have to know all of the members of your team and all of the members of the opponent team to have a chance of knowing what's going on.
