My advice is to stay away from Nihilus and sith in general unless u re really desperate for speed. Zaul lead is shortcut to speed boost but if u already fast with mods it actually does not work that well.

I just put together a mean zaul team with sa dn vader and baze and they are performing worse than my previous arena team zader zoba zeth trooper krennic and shore. Both teams had same mode sets with average +100 speed (except tanks). Like before nobody (yes nobody) could take me out in arena now getting my booty kicked by both empire and rebels. Go figure, in my case clear proof that empire is stronger.

Most people don't have 7* Krennic and death trooper, so not sure how pertinent your advice is to the average gamer.

I run a fast team:

Zaul (L) 7*
Palps 7*
Nihilus 4*
Baze 7*
Gk 6*

And do better than my Zader comps, (although I never geared Krennic and death trooper).

I don't play all my arena battles daily.

I'm actually on a shard with coordinated payout so if I wanted top it wouldn't be hard at all.

I don't see that anyone said sith was meta. I run 3 sith/1 jedi/1 rebel. And it's a great team, and would easily beat your empire team.

Ur team is performing worse because you have Baze and Vader in your squad. Vader is absolute trash in Zaul, and same with Baze.

I'm running zeta Maul lead with EP, Sid, Nihilus, and Sith Assassin. The latter two are 5*. It's working well.
