I like the 1st one better, especially if you take shore and put GK instead.

Im going to try zmaul, ep, zdooku, shith troop and nihilius

It's not bad, just situational. Don't take it against anything with debuffs (unless you have other non-Sith cleansers) - a zDV lead with EP / Sid / TFP etc that is faster will pulverize a DN lead that is a primarily Sith team comp. I'd bet droids rip it apart as well. It's really good against a Chaze + zBarriss + GK combo however and that alone makes it impressive as those 4 could go 4 on 5 vs. many comps and still win. I used it vs. an all G11 7* setup like that with Aayla as the 5th and only lost 1 Sith (DV/EP/Maul/DN/Sid). Was able to use annihilate twice - used on Chirrut and Baze. Turns zBarriss in to a liability as she does little damage and with no crits the heal mechanic is broken. I haven't tested it yet vs. Rex leader + Chaze counter type teams, but it should be good there as well for the no crit benefit.

Edit: Was able to test an all Sith comp vs. an all 7* G11 Rex-led Clone comp (Echo, 5s, Sarge, Cody) and came out with a victory.

I know i am not lvl 80 and havent play high ranked game yet, I'm only 60 but...

I play Nihilus as my leader, with Vader, Sidious, Sith Trooper and oftenly Dooku, and this rock hard.
Except against someone who got an Heal Immune, Sith trooper with retaliation + taunt + heal (around 85% with my Nihilus how it is now) and I go against 2 or 3k power more team in Arena. Sith Trooper oftenly dies, but not after took an incredible amount of damage.

All the AoE makes super efficient heal when you need it (Sidious + Vader + Nihilus + Sith Trooper), Stun with Dooku. Attacking Dooku means counter attack means counter heal, means it's almost useless. With all those DoT, Vader execution is super strong (try it on a 5 dot-ed target. I insta kill one guy with 90% life), and Nihilus is an incredible support to your DoT, and can be a monster when you get annihilation (which is really fast, as you have around 3 effects on each target).

But still, I'm a newbie, so perhaps what I see at my level is clearly wrong in High Level.

Do you run this team, or are you theorycrafting?

I'm thinking of swapping out my 7* TFP in favor of Dooku in arena, prob is Dooku is only 5* atm with gear IX. Is that still a viable option (my DN is 7* gear IX)

Note my shard is fairly young, I'm at highest lvl 80 and all the teams in top 50 aside myself (with a few exceptions low in the ladder) are all wiggs/chaze teams
