no apology

So, couple weaks back, i was triple charged for purchase of schorch pack. after almost month, i got 1 charge back. so im still one short. i didn't get any message, no apology, no cristals, nothing. is this rly the way you guys handle this ? you still didnt give me back all my money you take away from me, and you didnt even contact me with apology, or give me shards and / or cristals. im rly disapointed
