No bonus HK-47 drops for Cantina 12/10-12/-16 Event

I can’t believe you’re putting me in the position of defending CG, it makes me physically ill.  Typically they offer a different reward for players who already have the character maxed out like kyros, signal data etc.  In this case it’s just the shards themselves, it’s a catch up mechanism for people who need the shards.  Could they give them to people anyway?  Sure.  They aren’t though, it’s not rude or a bug just how they do things.  There are plenty of problems with this game, no need to go looking for more.

Hopefully that doesn’t make a difference, and this is just a bug. That’s very rude to not give shards just because you’ve spent time energy and resources in upgrading the character already. That should be your reward for having done so.

if so then guessing the OP just got unlucky drop rate tends to be low
