What should I do about my guild members that don't have an account on the forums? Are they out of luck or can you use my Ally Code to give everyone in my guild the reward?

We should be ok for now. No need to send me any more Ally Codes. As Grommit mentioned, we needed them to figure out the issue but we are confident we have found it

Yep as well, we have investigated and there was an issue with server load.

I recived rewards for special mission twice ...at 6pm GMT+1 and again at 6:30 GMT+1 ..
thanks they will be spent wisely ..

Our guild also received no payout today.

My guild members and i are having the same issue.

I got a response that seemed like they didn't read my email and started pulling from a canned script quickly, because I had to give the same info twice a few times. I was offered crystals, but it looks like none of my guild members got that.
