No more episode pass for me

I bought the episode pass in each and every episode since they've been introduced. CG, you lost me as a paying player.

In the first 2 eras you established that bringing all characters to 5 stars would provide enough rewards to finish the era with all characters at the relic level. Based on this, I spent tens of thousands of crystals to ensure I don't have to finish gearing up characters at the end of the era. But you removed materials from the rewards in a way that by spending the same amount, players now finish at g12, without communicating this.

You know you're in the wrong because you added those materials back in the new era. But you have to fix this for the third era. Had I known all characters would finish at g12, I would not have spent 36K crystals on shard bundles.

You have to either refund all shard bundles bought during the era, or provide the gear needed to promote those 7 characters from g12 to relic.
