No synergy love for two toons!
Every toon in this game had at least one synergy outside of their type (attacker, tank, ECT) except for two which I both have :( ugnaught and underworld police officer. Both are support and that's it....

I think that cup should be given anti scoundrel synergies. He is a police officer after all..
