Exactly. You can get rewards. Unfortunately as with other guild leaders we have attrition. Sadly a few of my strong guys simply got fed up or tired and quit playing. Very hard to replace. I have great guys in my guild and assertive new players and from time to time everyone needs help. I'm also available to help. I think I was 36 in arena yesterday so I'm decent lol.
