Now that "immediate bonus turns" are a thing, can we convert the old 100% TM characters to them?

Specifically CLS and Thrawn? Matches are much more strategic and enjoyable when not subjected to the random nature of turn order when "everyone's at 100% TM". Immediate bonus turns are awesome, le...

From the August 22nd 2018 content update:

Target ally of Grand Admiral Thrawn’s "Grand Admiral's Command" will now always take the next action.
