Basic - Viral Injection
Deal Special Damage to target enemy and inflict Healing Immunity for 2 turns. If the target already has a debuff, also inflict Damage Over Time for 2 turns. If the target is a Galactic Republic enemy, inflict an additional Damage Over Time effect.
Special - Blue Shadow Virus (Cooldown: 4)
Inflict Healing Immunity, Vulnerable, and 3 Damage Over Time effects on all enemies for 2 turns. Enemies already suffering from Healing Immunity also lose 15% Max Health (Raid Bosses and Galactic Legends instead take massive damage). Nuvo Vindi gains 20% Turn Meter for each enemy afflicted with Healing Immunity.
Special - Experimental Mutation (Cooldown: 3)
Target other ally gains Offense Up, Critical Chance Up, and Defense Penetration Up for 2 turns, but also gains 2 Damage Over Time effects that cannot be dispelled for 2 turns.
If the target is a Separatist ally, they recover 30% Health and Protection and assist.
Unique - Mad Scientist
At the start of battle, all Galactic Republic enemies have -20% Tenacity.
