They don't want anyone to prioritize. They want to drop content at the last minute so everyone panic's and buys overpriced player packs. Although it looks like Thrawn will be an event, you can bet on needing to develop whatever gets the least attention. Wouldn't be surprised if we'll need to farm Tuskans....
