Odd Mod Question/Help

Outside of speed changing the order of your toons though, I also find it odd that it would make that big of a difference with a percent here or there on different stats :)
Yeah, I honestly was wondering that too. Assuming that number of debuffed enemies for TFP was not the issue, I almost wonder if adding that extra speed by a couple of points with the new mod actually messed up the cadence of the battle that it exposed my tank to too much damage too fast, which ultimately messed up my team. Trying to figure it out but I guess if others (hopefully more here on this thread) had similar issues - has it made anyone reluctant to go all-in on investing in a great mod?
