Unless he has some other abilities that weren't displayed in the video, I am not too impressed. He is too slow and will be taken out by high dps heroes before he gets to move and provide AOL buff.

In terms of his normal attack, does it do any detrimental effects (such as stun)?

i ran this mission 6 times so far, with various teams (jedis, resistance, rebels, mixed) and he never stunned or debuffed me

i agree with you there.. not impressive (wished i could have used Vader's quote of impressive)
i guess we all expects so much more from The Emperor

if they dont tweak him, he would finish as part of my dust collectors on the shelf :/

his lightning basic attack should expose you, stun you, speed down, defense down etc.. at least pick one of those lol
