What does it acctauly mean when a character is shocked?

Absolutely!- Tnx. I did not know that. Now it makes sense
- ST Han destroys palpatine. His shock only prevents TM gain, not giving TM. So STHan will still give TM boosts. And he's faster than Palp so he goes before palp has a chance to shock him
